Pasajes para personas con discapacidad: toda la info
Si tenés un certificado de discapacidad o una credencial INCUCAI, tenés derecho a transportarte gratuitamente en servicios nacionales.
¿Qué necesitas?
- DNI.
- Certificado de discapacidad o CUD vigente.
- Credencial INCUCAI.
¿Cómo reservar tu pasaje?
1.- Por Internet:
- Con CUD o credencial INCUCAI: Ingresá a la web y generá la reserva de tu pasaje. Una vez realizada, la empresa enviará el pasaje a tu correo electrónico declarado. ¡No es necesario que lo retires en la boletería!
La empresa debe enviarte el pasaje hasta 48 horas antes de la salida del servicio y tiene la obligación de otorgarte el boleto reservado.
- Con certificado de discapacidad (no CUD): Para solicitar una reserva de pasajes con certificado de discapacidad (no CUD) deberás estar dado de alta como usuario en el sistema. El trámite se realiza enviando una copia de la credencial No CUD y del DNI por correo electrónico a: [email protected].
Si decidís no viajar, te solicitamos ingresar al sistema y realizar la cancelación de la solicitud a tiempo, para que otra persona tenga la posibilidad de utilizar esa reserva.
2. De manera presencial:
Presentate en la boletería de la empresa con tu certificado de discapacidad o credencial INCUCAI y con tu DNI al menos 48 horas antes del viaje. Te recomendamos llevar copia de toda la documentación.
El trámite también puede ser realizado por tu representante legal, y si tenés una credencial INCUCAI no necesitás presentarte 48 horas antes.

How to book your ticket?
1.- By Internet:
- With CUD or INCUCAI credential: Enter the web and generate your ticket reservation. Once done, the company will send the ticket to your declared email. You do not need to pick it up at the ticket office!

- With a disability certificate (not CUD): To request a ticket reservation with a disability certificate (not CUD), you must be registered as a user in the system. The procedure is carried out by sending a copy of the No CUD credential and the DNI by email to:[email protected].
If you decide not to travel, we ask you to enter the system and cancel the request in time, so that another person has the possibility of using that reservation.
2. In person:
Present yourself at the company ticket office with your disability certificate or INCUCAI credential and with your DNI at least 48 hours before the trip. We recommend that you bring a copy of all the documentation.
The procedure can also be carried out by your legal representative, and if you have an INCUCAI credential you do not need to appear 48 hours before.
